Pamela Elías Godoy

Pamela Elías Godoy has a strong background in HR and administration roles. Pamela is currently serving as the Head of People at SoyMomo, where they lead a team of HR professionals and is responsible for recruitment, compensation, and employee benefits. Prior to this, they worked as the Administration and HR Manager at Gauss Control, overseeing a workforce of approximately 40 employees and handling payroll processes. Pamela also gained extensive experience at SCOTTA S.p.a., where they served as a Manager and played a key role in the administration of an Italian renewable energy projects developer. Pamela has also worked as an External Consultant at Importadora Terra Australis S.A and Lanzco, where they conducted market research and evaluated potential business opportunities. Pamela began their career as an intern at Banco Santander Chile, assisting with commercial operations and customer service.

Pamela Elías Godoy completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2005 to 2010. Pamela then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Finance, General from the same university, which they completed in 2011.
