Alexandra John

Alexandra John currently serves as the Head of Communications and Marketing Division at Sozialstiftung Bamberg since August 2025, and is a co-founder of Digital Health Bamberg, aiming to establish Bamberg as a hub for digital health since June 2020. Previously, Alexandra held roles at medatixx from November 2010 to August 2025, including Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager, focusing on areas such as communication, online and social media marketing, and HR marketing. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales Account Manager at ZF Engineering Solutions from February 2007 to October 2010, with a specialization in international sales and motorsports. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Economic Studies from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, and completed an exchange year in Economics and Marketing at the University of South Carolina, in addition to being a certified translator and interpreter from IFA Institut für Fremdsprachen.
