Jason Haddock has had a diverse work experience throughout their career. Jason has held positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Sozo Labs, where they managed all aspects of the business including finance, supplier relationships, business development, marketing, and sales. Jason also worked as the Founder and CEO of 3X4 Genetics, leading the company through its start and securing funding. Additionally, they were the CTO of Sea Monster, implementing agile delivery processes and delivering successful augmented reality, virtual reality, and mobile games. Jason also held positions at Saratoga Software, Mammoth, Maitland Fund Services, Finsource, Trade in Motion, and Open Software Developers, where they contributed to various technology-related projects.

Jason Haddock's education history includes various degrees and certifications in fields related to business management, negotiation, law, enterprise architecture, and information technology.

In 1991 to 1993, Jason attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they obtained their NDCDP degree in Information Technology - Programming.

In 2007 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Law at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, earning their LLB.

In 2009, Jason completed the SOA Certified Architect program at ZapThink, focusing on SOA and Architecture.

The following year, in 2010, they enrolled at DaVinci Business School and completed their MSc in Management of Technology & Innovation, which encompassed Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Enterprise Architecture, and Business & Technology Management.

During the same year, they also obtained their Togaf 9 Certification from The Open Group, specializing in Enterprise Architecture.

In 2016, Jason attended The Gap Partnership to complete The Complete Skilled Negotiator program, focusing on Business/Commerce in general.

Lastly, in 2021, Jason pursued an Executive MBA at altMBA, with a field of study in Organizational Leadership.
