Wes Chiasson

Wes Chiasson is an experienced operations leader with over 23 years in sales and retail management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at SP Data Digital since July 2010, Wes leads and mentors a multifaceted sales team, collaborates with the President to establish KPIs, and drives revenue growth through effective performance management. Prior to this role, Wes was Operations Manager at Sports Obsession! from September 2001 to June 2010, where responsibilities included managing sales associates, store inventory, and enhancing customer experience through data analysis and social media marketing, earning recognition as a three-time Canadian NFL Retailer of the Year. Wes’s career began at Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club as a Retail Sales Associate, contributing to promotional activities and merchandise sales during games. Wes holds a degree from Brock University, graduated in 2004.
