Adrian Thibodeau

Adrian Thibodeau is a seasoned expert in quality assurance and metrics within the financial services sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Quality Assurance & Metrics at S&P Global Ratings since January 2005. Thibodeau has been instrumental in driving a Quality First focus and has achieved an 80% increase in production quality levels through foundational changes in software development. Previous roles include Program Manager - Vice President, overseeing the IT Global Talent Center in India, and Vice President of Quality Assurance & Metrics, where Thibodeau implemented critical reporting and defect review processes. Thibodeau holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BA in Economics and History from Boston College, along with additional education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
