Ania Ninh, CSM, CSPO, has a diverse background in business analysis, project management, and product delivery across various organizations. Beginning as a Business Information System Analyst at TRG International, Ania developed expertise in testing and documentation while managing customer support for Retail Pro users. As Vice President of Project Management at AIESEC Vietnam, significant contributions included managing large-scale social events and expanding organizational structure. Ania's tenure at MoneyGram International saw progression from Business Analyst to Supervisor, leading teams through complex IT initiatives and enhancing compliance processes. At Western Union, as Manager of Digital Product Delivery, Ania initiated key projects and secured agile training for stakeholders. Most recently, as Senior Product Delivery Manager at TruRating, responsibilities included strategic roadmap development aligned with business priorities.
