Anne Selting

Anne Selting has extensive experience in credit analysis and infrastructure finance, having served as Analytical Manager for Infrastructure Project Finance at S&P Global Ratings since June 2003, where management responsibilities include overseeing a team of 14 credit analysts. Prior to this, Anne held the position of Director in the Utilities and Infrastructure Practice, focusing on major investor-owned utilities and power companies in the western United States. Anne's earlier career includes a role as Water and Power Manager at Hetch Hetchy Water and Power and as an Analyst at National Economic Research Associates. Anne's academic background features a Master of Science in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Minnesota and partial completion of a Ph.D. program at the University of California, Davis.
