Ayah Islambouli

Ayah Islambouli currently serves as the Licensing Strategy Lead at S&P Global, following a role as a Document Automation Consultant at Affinity Consulting Group. Previously, Ayah worked as an Associate Attorney at Waldheger Coyne, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various legal documents. Prior to that, the role of Attorney Advisor was held at the U.S. Small Business Administration, focusing on compliance for COVID-19 loan assistance. Ayah also gained experience as an Associate Attorney at Lance B. Johnson LLP, handling federal litigation and business transactions. Earlier career stages included positions as a Legal Intern at The MetroHealth System, a Law Clerk with Neil W. Siegel, and a Student Attorney at the Michigan Innocence Clinic. Ayah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Arabic from Case Western Reserve University.
