Caroline Osborn

Caroline Osborn is a Consulting Principal at S&P Global, specializing in econometrics, data analysis, and policy evaluation. They hold an M.S. in Specialized Economic Analysis with a concentration in Economics of Public Policy from the Barcelona School of Economics, and a B.A. in Economics and Anthropology from the University of Virginia, where they graduated with Highest Distinction. Previously, Caroline worked as a Research Analyst at the Bipartisan Policy Center, focusing on tax policy, workforce development, and child care financing, and contributed to education policy research as a Summer Scholar at The Century Foundation.
