Tushar Rajpathak

Tushar Rajpathak has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tushar currently holds the position of Vice President - PLM Consulting & Program Delivery at BrainWave (BWC Labs), where they are involved in PLM advisory, consulting, and implementation. Tushar is responsible for digitally transforming business processes and client operations, as well as developing software products. Prior to this role, they served as a Business Consultant at the same company.

Before joining BrainWave, Tushar worked as a Business Advisor at STROTA ConsulTech in 2020. Tushar provided strategic advice to the company during this time.

From 2017 to 2020, Tushar worked at Gabriel India Limited as the General Manager - Head Programs. In this role, they served as the program head for various new product development (NPD) programs and led a strategic project for setting up a new manufacturing plant.

Tushar Rajpathak began their education journey by attending the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1994 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Solid Mechanics and Design.
