David Clark is an accomplished finance and strategy professional with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Decisions at S&P Global since April 2025, David has previously held key roles at Condé Nast, including Head of Finance & Strategy for Recurring Revenue, and Senior Director of Strategy & Monetization. Prior to this, David was with iHeartMedia as Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Finance, and also held managerial positions at McGraw Hill Companies and eBay. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
