Dean Bruyns

Dean Bruyns is an executive professional with extensive experience in securities finance, product management, and operational control. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Pre-Sales at Cappitech by S&P Global since September 2022, Dean has previously held senior positions at Broadridge as Senior Director of Product Management, and as a securities finance broker at Louis Capital Markets. Significant experience includes a lengthy tenure at MF Global, where Dean managed a $3 billion equity finance book and developed expertise in collateral management and trading across multiple asset classes. Dean has also contributed to operational roles at ING Barings and PaineWebber, coupled with a strong educational background in Law and Social Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
