Edward Guo

Edward Guo currently serves as the People Lead and Chief of Staff to the SPGI China Chairperson at S&P Global since July 2019, and previously held the position of Head of HR in China. Prior to this role, Edward Guo was with UBS Group from January 2008 to June 2019, where responsibilities included leading talent development and recruitment for UBS China legal entities, as well as serving as Head of Human Resources to support various business functions. Edward Guo's career also includes management of HR and operations for Forster Partners Co., Ltd. and a role as Senior Research Analyst at Bo Le Associates. Edward Guo holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Newcastle University.
