Eileen Zhang

Eileen Zhang CFA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in ratings and analytical management at S&P Global since July 2002, where Eileen currently serves as Managing Director, heading EMEA Utilities Ratings and Sovereign and Public Finance Ratings for Northern Europe. Prior roles include Senior Director/Analytical Manager overseeing a team focused on sovereign and public sector ratings across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic region, and Director of Sovereign Ratings managing a significant portfolio of Western and Eastern European sovereign credits. In addition, Eileen is a member of the Sub-Sovereign Debt Advisory Committee for the Principles for Responsible Investment, a parent governor at Newstead Wood School, and served as a MAT Trustee for Catch22 from March 2021 to March 2023. Eileen's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Chemistry from Bard College.
