Felix H. Shariff

Felix H. Shariff serves as the Head of Global DEI Recruitment & Partnerships at S&P Global since September 2015, where responsibilities include partnering with Business and HR Leaders to design and implement DEI-focused recruitment initiatives and strategies. Previously, Felix held roles such as Director of DEI and People Movement and Director of People Movement at S&P Global, contributing to global talent acquisition across multiple regions. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President, Executive Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase, and Executive Recruiter at MetLife Financial Services, with early career roles at American Express and Bowne focusing on talent acquisition and human resources strategies. Felix holds a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers College, and has further education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
