With over 25 years of experience, Frank has specialized in architecting mobile core networks and cloud computing solutions, demonstrating a proven track record in driving business growth and operational efficiency. Prior to their current role, Frank held various positions, including Director of Infrastructure and Network Services at Soliel LLC and Vice President at SmartSky Networks, where they provided architecture leadership in multiple cloud environments and network security. Frank earned a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Maryland.
