Frans Scheepers

Frans Scheepers, CFA, serves as the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity (FICC) Products at S&P Dow Jones Indices since March 2022, previously holding the position of Global Head of Fixed Income Products. Prior to this, Frans Scheepers worked at IHS Markit from March 2012 to March 2022 as Product Manager, Managing Director for Fixed Income Indices, and Product Manager, Executive Director for Fixed Income Indices. Earlier experience includes roles at Markit, Cambridge Place Investment Management, FTSE, and Citadel Investment Services, spanning from credit derivative pricing to portfolio analysis. Frans Scheepers holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Institutional Investments/Financial Economics from Stellenbosch University.
