Imran Zafar

Imran Zafar is an experienced leader in data management and analytics, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Data Services at S&P Global Ratings since January 2018. Previously, Zafar held positions at GE Digital as Sr. Director of Data & Analytics and at General Electric in various analytics roles, where expertise in data warehousing and analytics solutions was developed. Zafar's earlier experience includes leading data management initiatives at GE Capital and consulting roles at Techlogix and KAPS Consulting, focusing on enterprise data warehousing and lifecycle management solutions. Zafar's educational background includes a BCS in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and a BSc in Physics and Applied Mathematics from the University of the Punjab.
