Isabelle Neo

Isabelle Neo is an experienced professional in government affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy at S&P Global since September 2024. Prior to this role, Isabelle was the Vice President and Head of Public Affairs & Government Relations at Beam Mobility from October 2018 to December 2023, after also holding the position of Director of Corporate Affairs there. Earlier experience includes serving as Country Manager for Singapore and Head of Policy for the APAC region at ofo Singapore from January 2018 to October 2018, and working as the Fiscal and Public Affairs Manager at Philip Morris (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. from November 2015 to February 2017. Isabelle holds a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore and completed a post-tertiary executive program in Public Affairs at HKUST Business School, focusing on corporate public affairs management in the Asian context.
