Katy Lau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and business management. Currently serving as Director and Business Manager to the Chief Client Officer at S&P Global since October 2025, Katy also holds the position of Board Trustee at Citizens Advice East Berkshire since February 2025. Prior to these roles, Katy was the Strategy & Innovation VP in the CEO Office at CLS Group, where strategic planning and execution involved managing corporate strategy for a company that settles over USD$7 trillion daily. Katy's experience at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) from September 2016 to October 2021 included setting up Corporate Operations as part of a significant acquisition, earning two CEO Awards for initiatives in engagement and partnership. Katy holds a Master of Science in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and has also studied at the University of Oxford and The University of Hong Kong, where an undergraduate degree in Arts was earned.
