Maggie Hanlon

Maggie Hanlon serves as the Team Development Lead at S&P Global since March 2022, focusing on designing and delivering development offerings to enhance team effectiveness. Previously, as the Culture & Change Project Lead at S&P Global, Maggie directed the enterprise Culture strategy and managed key change initiatives post-merger. From August 2018 to March 2022, Maggie was the Associate Director of Early Careers Talent Development at IHS Markit, leading talent strategy and enhancing the employee experience for interns and entry-level professionals globally. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Director, HR Business Partner at Ipreo, managing HR functions across several divisions, and initiating impactful programs such as the Ipreo Leadership Program. Maggie’s HR career began at Morgan Stanley as a Human Resources Intern, following a Bachelor's degree in Communications and French and Public Relations from Loyola University Maryland.
