Paul Dyson

Paul Dyson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Director in the Public Power & Transportation Group at S&P Global Ratings, a position held since June 2002. In this role, Paul assigns ratings for various utilities and transportation enterprises. Prior to this, Paul worked as an intern in Financial Planning & Analysis at Polycom in 2001 and as the Manager of Financial Operations at PMR Corporation from 1996 to 2000. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. and B.A. in Economics, Psychology, and Marketing from The Wharton School.
