Sameer Chander Mohindru

Sameer Chander Mohindru is a Senior Editor at S&P Global Platts, specializing in shipping and freight, where they conduct freight assessments, write features and analytical pieces, and produce interviews and podcasts. Previously, Sameer reported on agriculture and commodities for prestigious outlets such as The Wall Street Journal and Press Trust of India, covering diverse markets across Asia Pacific. Sameer co-edited the book "What’s Up? What’s Down? Essays on India’s Socio-Economy," launched under the India Initiatives of Singapore Management University in 2014. They are currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Journalism at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and hold a graduate degree in History, Economics, and Political Science from the University of Allahabad.
