Shahin Merchant

Shahin Merchant, PMP, CSM, serves as the Technical Program Director for Client Operations, Integration, and Support Services at S&P Global, leading a $30M strategic program focused on upgrading clients to a modern risk management product while engaging with stakeholders in a presales capacity. Previously, Shahin held the role of Technical Program Manager at IHS Markit, managing a global team to deliver risk management solutions, and introduced agile development practices. Earlier positions include Products & Support Manager at Pandell Technology, Program Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and various roles at Merrill Lynch, where Shahin managed projects and developed systems to enhance risk and margin management. Shahin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master of Science in Management & Systems from New York University.
