Sunil Jain

Sunil Jain is an accomplished director at S&P Global, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in regulatory audits, internal IT security, and application management. Since December 2013, Sunil has effectively managed external regulatory audits and enhanced the company's reputation through the implementation of security measures, including the remediation of vulnerabilities and segregation of duties. Previously, as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, Sunil successfully oversaw the onboarding and servicing of commercial banking applications. Sunil's career also includes roles at Ajilon, Peoplesoft Inc., Bear Stearns & Co., and RCG Information Technology, where a strong background in financial systems, HR, and project management has been established. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
