Snehal Shah

Snehal Shah currently serves as the Associate Dean of Academics & Research at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Snehal led the FPM program, oversaw research initiatives, and held a professorship in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at the same institution since April 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Professor and Chief Researcher at the School of Inspired Leadership from January 2011 to April 2016, and as Vice President of Learning & Leadership Development at Bank of America from 2007 to 2009. Snehal Shah earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior Studies from Carnegie Mellon University between 1996 and 2001 and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Management with a focus on Human Resources from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
