Erez has over 10 years of Investment Banking activity experience, in which he was involved in over US$ 200 million of investment transactions, including Equity, Mezzanine, and Debt. Prior to heading SP Nano, he was the Managing Director of Toro Ventures, a European corporate venture. At Toro, Erez was working alongside Small-Medium sized innovative enterprises across Europe for providing them with a wide range of technical services. Erez has established Toro Ventures in 2015 to provide financing opportunities in the European SME class for investors.
He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, B.A. in Economics from Haifa university, and a Pilot in the IAF.
