S&P Syndicate Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the food and bakery business. Its restaurants and bakery shops include S&P, Vanilla, Patio, Patara, BlueCup, and Grand Seaside. It manufactures the Quick Meal brand of frozen prepared meals. Its meat products include sausage and ham products packaged in vacuum sealed packs, which are offer in varieties, such as frankfurter, garlic and pepper, cheese, assorted selections, hams and other deli items. On February 26, 2013, it had invested in Umenohana S&P Co., Ltd. as a new subsidiary, which operates Japanese restaurant. On May 14, 2014, the Company invested in a new subsidiary, namely S&P International foods (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
