Lai Chun Tay

Lai Chun Tay has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Singapore Institute of Management. They have worked at Singtel from 2009 to 2021, with positions such as Associate Engineer, Engineer, and Manager in Access Engineering and Outside Plant Engineering. Currently, Lai Chun Tay is the Assistant Director of Infrastructure Planning & Implementation at SPTel Pte Ltd since March 2021, where they lead a team collaborating with government agencies on infrastructure diversions for national projects and provide end-to-end fibre infrastructure services to customers.
