Juliana De Podestá

Juliana is the Head of ESG & Impact at SP Ventures. She is responsible for leading the ESG journey, as well as supporting the investees to trace their own path in a sustainable way. She believes that by working with socio and environmental responsibility, companies can go further and enhance your shared value creation.

Prior to SP Ventures, Juliana spent 5 years as a sustainability professional at Raízen, where she worked on subjects such as Climate Change, Governance, Socio-environmental Indicators and reporting. During this time, she acquired extensive experience in ESG indices for the financial market and stakeholder engagement.

Juliana has an Environmental Engineering degree from EESC-USP.
