Pedro P. Corrêa Jábali

Pedro Johnson possesses extensive experience in medical interpretation and training. Currently serving as a Trainer for the NICHC-Core Medical Interpreter Program™ at Linguistics Global Associates, Pedro has been involved in preparing students for national certification through the National Board for Certified Medical Interpreters since January 2010. In addition, Pedro has held roles as Project Manager and Language Services Coordinator, and has been a Medical Interpreter Trainer for the CCHCP Bridging The Gap program. As a certified healthcare Spanish interpreter since 2001, Pedro has also worked as an Independent Contractor in legal and medical settings. Prior to this, Pedro was a Regional Quality Specialist at the American Red Cross, ensuring quality assurance in blood component manufacturing. Pedro holds a cybersecurity certificate from the University of Oregon, alongside earlier education from Portland Community College and Portland State University.
