SP3H

The SP3H team has been the first one to develop a miniaturized near infrared Fluid Quality sensor (Fluidbox) for Transportation and Automotive market. Our IR scanner is smart and robust enough to be implemented in harsh environments for in-line & real time fluid quality monitoring for process & transformation industries (Healthcare, Pharma, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Agrochemical, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refining). Our fully automatized solutions enable to digitalize the fluid quality and variability to turn it into valuable information at cost ( originally designed for Automotive industry volume). Available for a local and immediate purpose (making decision tool, close loop control), our Fluidbox also offers wider opportunities for creating additional values by sharing data inside the Cloud using Big-data. Batch manufacturing in many process & transformation industries is inherently difficult due to the stop, rebuild, and restart nature of the processes involved. This difficulty is the critical quality requirement for the end-product material. Then, it is easy to see why manufacturing processes is mostly impacted with time-consuming off-line quality assurance and control testing. The use of off-line instrumentation for process monitoring and control is very limited. It involves direct and costly intervention of operators relying on standard operating procedures and recipes. Risk factors based on human error are increased. Furthermore, because the quality assurance/control testing is conducted off-line, the results are typically not available until long after completion of the process. The availability of real-time measurements enables the manufacturer to streamline the process and correct processing errors as they occur.
