Andrew Nozik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew currently works at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as an Assistant Program Manager and Military Operations Analyst. Prior to that, they worked at Strategic Systems Programs, where they were responsible for production of Inertial Navigation Systems. Andrew also served in the US Navy, holding positions such as Deputy Director of the Navy Treaty Implementation Program, Officer In Charge of PMOSSP Flight Systems Det Cape Canaveral, and Nuclear Weapons Liaison Officer to the Director of Navy Staff. Additionally, they worked at the US Army as an Engineering OIC and at the US Navy as a Communications Officer and CMS Custodian. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and technical skills in various areas of operations and program management.

Andrew Nozik has a strong education history in the field of engineering and systems. Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 2001. Andrew then pursued further education and received a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2005. Andrew continued their studies at the Naval Postgraduate School and obtained another Master's degree in Systems Engineering in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew Nozik has also acquired various certifications to enhance their expertise. Andrew obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2021. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications such as Defense Acquisition Corps Member, Production Quality Management Level II, Program Management Level III, and Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering Level II from the Defense Acquisition University.
