Darwin Kibby

Darwin Kibby has a diverse work experience in the field of acquisition and engineering. Darwin started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as the Deputy Director of Contracting from November 2002 to July 2008. After leaving the military, they joined MCR Federal, LLC as an Acquisition Program Manager from July 2008 to June 2013. Darwin then joined Scitor Corporation, where they worked as a Specialty Engineer and provided Acquisition Planning Support for Launch Systems from June 2013 to March 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (MCR LLC acquired by SPA in 2021) as a Senior Acquisition Analyst and continued in this role with MCR Federal Inc from August 2016 to October 2022. Throughout their career, Darwin Kibby has gained extensive expertise in acquisition and has held various leadership positions.

Darwin Kibby obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Oregon State University. Darwin attended the university from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued higher education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations. Darwin completed their MBA program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1990 to 1994.
