David Basquill

David Basquill is a seasoned Senior Program Analyst and Assistant Program Manager at Systems Planning & Analysis, with a focus on operations under the CISA IMPSS contract. Basquill has led teams in performance reporting and risk management within the Navy’s missile development initiatives and has extensive experience in the U.S. Coast Guard directing operational teams. Previous roles include consultancy for a Veteran experience initiative and participation in human resources recruitment efforts. Basquill holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with several associate degrees in relevant fields.
