Dr. Carlton M. Gray, PhD has work experience as a Cyber Security Engineer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since October 2020. Previously, they served as the Communications Chief at 4th Battalion, Combat Engineers from March 2013 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing plans to safeguard computers and communication equipment, encrypting data transmissions, and ensuring the development of junior Marines in their roles.
Dr. Carlton M. Gray, PhD, has an extensive education history that includes earning a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Security, Intelligence and Critical Infrastructure from Capitol Technology University from 2019 to 2022.
