Dr. Carlton M. Gray

Dr. Carlton M. Gray, PhD has work experience as a Cyber Security Engineer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since October 2020. Previously, they served as the Communications Chief at 4th Battalion, Combat Engineers from March 2013 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing plans to safeguard computers and communication equipment, encrypting data transmissions, and ensuring the development of junior Marines in their roles.

Dr. Carlton M. Gray, PhD, has an extensive education history that includes earning a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Security, Intelligence and Critical Infrastructure from Capitol Technology University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science - MS in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2016 to 2018.

Before pursuing their master's degree, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General, at Bowie State University from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, during the same timeframe, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a focus on Management Information Systems, General, from Bowie State University.

Furthermore, Dr. Gray has achieved an AWS Academy Graduate - Academy Cloud Computing Architecture certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2018.
