Elisa Peters has extensive work experience in project management and analysis within the aerospace industry. Elisa started their career as a B-2 Operations Analyst at the 53rd Wing in 1995 and then served various roles at the 4th Fighter Wing, including aircrew training systems analyst. In 2002, they joined the 97 Air Mobility Wing as an Aircrew Training Systems Analyst until 2005. Elisa then transitioned to AFOTEC Det 3, where they served as the Branch Chief for Tactical Communications Systems. Elisa later became the Division Chief of the Project Management Office at AFOTEC HQ in 2007. Elisa joined MCR, LLC in 2008 and worked as the Manager for NAVAIR Programs, overseeing contract support, risk analysis, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. Elisa also led the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle solutions working group and successfully reached CMMI Level II.
Elisa Peters completed their education at the University of Oklahoma, where they obtained a Master of Human Relations (MHR) degree in the field of Human Relations (Interdisciplinary). This occurred between 1996 and 1998. Prior to this, they attended the University of Vermont from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics and Chemistry. In addition to their educational background, Elisa has additional certifications, including Program Management Level I from DAWIA and Test and Evaluation Level II from DAWIA. The specific months in which they obtained these certifications are not provided, but they were acquired in 2007 and 2006, respectively.
