Fielding Isaacs has extensive work experience, starting in 2011 as Main Propulsion Assistant in the US Navy, where they managed and supervised 34 sailors and two middle managers. Fielding was responsible for maintaining primary and secondary fluid systems and overseeing the installation of reverse osmosis water purification systems.
Fielding later served as Damage Control Assistant, overseeing 40 sailors and two middle managers and managing maintenance of auxiliary systems on a US Ballistic Missile Submarine. Fielding'sdivision accomplished safe repressurization and re-energization of hydraulic systems and certified the ship for undocking.
Isaacs then became a Quality Assurance Officer during an extensive overhaul of the submarine, managing cross-functional teams and certifying completion of Quality Assurance based maintenance.
Fielding also served as LAN Division Officer, overseeing the removal and reinstallation of LAN and Server systems on a US Ballistic Missile Submarine. Fielding managed and supervised two sailors and two middle managers, ensuring the maintenance of all information technology systems aboard the ship.

Fielding Isaacs has an extensive education history. Fielding obtained a Master of Science degree in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Old Dominion University from 2015 to 2021. In 2010 to 2011, they took graduate-level courses in Nuclear Engineering at the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC). Fielding also earned a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Energy Technology from Wayne State University in 2007 to 2008. Fielding completed their undergraduate studies at Transylvania University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from 2001 to 2005.
In addition to their formal education, Fielding has acquired several certifications. Fielding completed courses in Exploratory Data Analysis, Getting and Cleaning Data, Object-Oriented Data Structures in C++, Ordered Data Structures, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera in early 2021. Fielding also holds certifications as a Chief Nuclear Engineer Officer from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in 2014, as well as certifications as a Submarine Warfare Officer and Quality Assurance Officer from the US Navy in 2013.
