Jennifer Nagle

Jennifer Nagle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1996, they worked for The Walt Disney Company as an Industrial Engineer, where they focused on developing algorithms to improve worker efficiency and mitigate customer dissatisfaction. In 1998, they moved on to Mentor, Inc, where they worked as an Industrial Engineer and conducted process improvement studies. Jennifer also established a True Work Requirements program and recommended policy changes to improve production. From 1998 to 2001, they worked for Wilsonart as a Product Quality Specialist, conducting studies to increase production and manage product defects.

In 2008, Jennifer joined Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included providing nuclear weapons security for Navy vessels, conducting consultations with clients, and organizing war games for training purposes. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Program Manager, where they advised senior managers on pricing professional services for federal contracts and ensured compliance with contract performance standards and risk management practices. Finally, in June 2022, they became the Director of Staff in the Strategic Development Group, overseeing staff requirements and compliance with federal contract obligations.

Throughout their career, Jennifer demonstrated strong project management skills, an understanding of complex contractual obligations, and a focus on risk management. Jennifer consistently achieved successful project outcomes and compliance with contract requirements.

Jennifer Nagle graduated from Stanford University in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Systems Management from Texas A&M University, which they completed between 1998 and 2000. In 2007, they pursued further education at Texas A&M University and achieved a Master's degree in Mathematics.
