Joe Kimball

Joe Kimball is an experienced professional specializing in program management and aviation within the defense sector. Currently, Joe serves as the Manager for DHS LE / USCG Programs at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., since October 2019, while also operating as the Owner of RAP Solutions, LLC since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Joe had a distinguished career at the U.S. Coast Guard from May 1990 to September 2018, culminating as Chief of Aviation Forces and including positions such as Commanding Officer of Air Station Miami and Chief of the Office of Requirements and Analysis. Joe's aviation expertise is exemplified through piloting multiple aircraft, including HH-65 helicopters and HU-25 Falcons. Academically, Joe holds a Master's degree in Instructional Systems Design from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy.
