Jon Wright

Jon Wright has extensive work experience in the defense and technology sector. Starting in 2015, they worked at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as a Military Operations Analyst, Assistant Program Manager, Program Manager for Undersea Warfare Planning & Analysis, Deputy Group Leader, Acting Group Leader, and currently as the Group Leader for the Undersea Technology Analysis Group. In this role, they conduct objective analyses for Navy and other DoD clients, focusing on undersea technologies and warfighting capabilities. Their responsibilities include identifying capability gaps, assessing new technologies, developing plans and roadmaps, analyzing vulnerabilities and threats, and conducting quantitative analysis and modeling of undersea forces and missions.
