Joseph Carlson

Joseph Carlson is a Naval Special Warfare Analyst at Systems Planning & Analysis, specializing in the development and implementation of Systems Engineering Plans for Naval Special Warfare systems, while also analyzing countermeasure concepts for technical vulnerabilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Submarine Security Analyst, where support was provided to submarine security programs, and as a Space Operations Officer for the United States Space Force, developing satellite constellation architectures and countering adversary signals. Joseph held the role of System Engineer with the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering and also worked as a Space Instructor in the United States Air Force. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics from Midwestern State University.
