Joshua Matlock

Joshua Matlock is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and network operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant and USSPACECOM J4X Cyber SME at Systems Planning & Analysis, Joshua leads governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives in support of major defense entities, including the Space Force and NASA. Previous roles include managing cyber operations at ManTech and providing advanced network security at Valdez International Corporation, where Joshua focused on identifying threats to the Air Force network. Joshua's earlier experience includes roles at First Data Corporation, the US Air Force Reserve, and Computer System Designers LLC, complemented by a B.S. in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
