Kathryn Collins, PMP, has a diverse work experience in the field of intelligence analysis and project management. Kathryn has held positions at various companies, including Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., BAE Systems, BNL, Inc., Base Technologies, Metropolitan Police Department, Maryland State's Attorney's Office, and Capital Defender's Office of Northern Virginia.

At Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., Kathryn worked as an Intelligence Analyst starting in August 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Intelligence Analyst at BAE Systems from June 2018 to August 2020 and at BNL, Inc. from December 2012 to June 2018. In these roles, they provided project management support and was promoted to a Senior position.

Before joining BAE Systems and BNL, Inc., Kathryn worked at Base Technologies as an Intelligence Analyst from June 2009 to December 2012. Here, they were responsible for processing requests, reviewing and editing reports, coordinating with domestic agencies, analyzing data, and training analysts. Additionally, Kathryn has volunteered at the Metropolitan Police Department as a Cold Case Research Specialist from September 2007 to September 2008. In this role, they analyzed death reports, reviewed statements and police reports, and entered information into the ViCAP database. Kathryn also volunteered at the Maryland State's Attorney's Office as an Under Victim Specialist from October 2006 to January 2007 and at the Capital Defender's Office of Northern Virginia as an Intern under Mitigation Specialist from June 2006 to January 2007.

Kathryn Collins, PMP pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Salisbury University, which they completed between 2001 and 2004. Building on their undergraduate studies, they then went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University from 2005 to 2007.
