Kimberly Keefe has over 28 years of experience in operations and business management, currently serving as International Operations Manager and previously as Business Manager at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since July 1995, following the acquisition of MCR LLC by SPA in 2021. Prior to this, Kimberly held the position of Admin at MITRE from November 1990 to June 1995. This extensive background reflects a strong foundation in administration and international operations.
