Neal Clinton

Neal Clinton has extensive experience in project scheduling and earned value management, currently serving as Lead Scheduler and EVM Analyst at MCR, LLC since June 2013. Prior to this role, Neal held the position of Lead Scheduler at General Dynamics Information Technology from May 2011 to May 2013. Neal's career includes various planning roles at Northrop Grumman from 2001 to September 2011, where responsibilities included IPT planning and program planning and control. Neal began the professional journey as a Systems Planning Specialist at TRW from 1999 to 2001.
