Pamela Lincoln

Pamela Lincoln is a seasoned leader in military and space operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the United States Air Force and related organizations. Currently serving as Group Leader for Intelligence Programs and Director of Space Programs Development at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since July 2021, Lincoln previously held several key positions within the U.S. Air Force, including Mobilization Assistant to the Commander of United States Space Command and the Air Force Chief of Staff, where strategic policymaking and operations were pivotal. Additional roles as Vice Wing Commander in the Air Force Reserve and technical leadership in analytical foundations further emphasize Lincoln's capabilities in managing complex military operations and resources. Lincoln holds a Master's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations and a Master's degree in Military Science and Strategic Studies, complemented by a BS in Computer and Information Sciences.
