Hanneke Bonfrer

Hanneke Bonfrer is an experienced innovator currently working at Spaarne Gasthuis in the role of Innovator since March 2023, where support is provided for employee-driven innovation through SpaarneLabs. Previous experience includes serving as an innovation booster at Omring from April 2016 to March 2023, leading projects related to civic crowdfunding at Douw&Koren, and managing community initiatives with Stichting NiKo. Hanneke has also held leadership roles in dementia care projects in Noord-Holland, worked on volunteer-driven programs for the elderly, and served in communication and project management capacities throughout a diverse career spanning several organizations. Educational qualifications include degrees and courses in Project Management and Communication from various institutions, including the University of Amsterdam.
