Herma Davelaar-van Zanten

Herma Davelaar-van Zanten, MSc, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as an Adviseur kwaliteit en veiligheid at Spaarne Gasthuis, where responsibilities include managing the quality system policy and coordinating internal audits. In addition, Herma is a member of the scientific committee on Reproduction, Obstetrics, and Gynecology at V&VN, focusing on guideline development and outcome-oriented care projects. With an extensive background at Leiden University Medical Center, roles included Internal Auditor and Nurse Specialist in Quality, alongside clinical expertise as an O&G nurse.
