Justin Hectus

Justin Hectus is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, law, and innovation. Currently serving as Managing Director at Harbor and Founder of Space Beach Law Lab, Justin also acts as a Fund Advisor for The LegalTech Fund. Previously, Justin co-founded Keesal Propulsion Labs and played a significant role as a Commissioner for Technology & Innovation for the City of Long Beach. Additionally, Justin held the position of Chief Information Officer at Keesal, Young & Logan for over two decades and co-founded the Summer and Music (SAM) initiative. Justin completed education at California State University, Long Beach.
